1. Description of Service
LocalPilot AI is a subscription-based software service that provides home service contractors with:
- AI-generated contractor websites (InstaBuild™)
- Local SEO automation and Google Maps optimization (LocalRank Engine™)
- Automated content generation for SEO and social media (ContentFlow AI™)
- Lead capture, CRM, and instant lead email alerts (LeadVault™)
- Website hosting at localpilot.pro subpaths
The service is provided on a subscription basis with plans as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use LocalPilot AI. By using the service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
- You are using the service for legitimate business purposes
- Your use does not violate any applicable law or regulation
3. Accounts and Registration
To use LocalPilot AI, you provide your business information during the site generation process. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete business information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at Ossotan.consulting@gmail.com
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Subscription Plans
LocalPilot AI is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current plans are listed on our pricing page. All prices are in USD.
Billing
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will begin billing automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us at Ossotan.consulting@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice sent to your registered email address. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LocalPilot AI to:
- Create websites for illegal businesses or activities
- Generate spam, phishing pages, or deceptive content
- Impersonate another person or business
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI systems
- Use the service to harm, harass, or discriminate against others
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission (except through our Agency plan)
Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the business information, photos, and content you provide to LocalPilot AI ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to use all content you submit
- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Photos you upload are of your actual business and you have rights to use them
- Your content does not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
LocalPilot AI and all its underlying technology, software, designs, trademarks, and brand elements — including InstaBuild™, LocalRank Engine™, ContentFlow AI™, and LeadVault™ — are owned by Ossotan Consulting and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service during your active subscription. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform.
The websites we generate for your business using your information are yours. You own the content of those generated pages. The underlying template code and generation system remain ours.
8. AI-Generated Content
Our service uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate website content, including service descriptions, headlines, and customer reviews. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate and should be reviewed before publishing
- Generated "customer reviews" are placeholder examples and must be replaced with real reviews before live publication
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific business
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content on your generated website
Always review AI-generated content before going live. Inaccurate business information is your responsibility to correct.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the service with reasonable advance notice where possible.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will meet your specific business requirements or generate a particular number of leads
- AI-generated content will rank in search engines or achieve specific SEO results
- The service will be error-free or continuously available
- Results from using the service will be accurate, reliable, or timely
SEO results and lead generation depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, and Google's algorithms.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSSOTAN CONSULTING AND LOCALPILOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ossotan Consulting, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service in violation of these Terms
- Content you submit that infringes third-party rights
- False or misleading information you provide
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:
- You: Cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. We may terminate the service entirely with 30 days' notice.
Upon termination, your generated websites will be removed from our hosting within 30 days. You are responsible for downloading any content you wish to keep before your account closes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cancel your subscription before they take effect.
